Can organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior reduce workplace deviance?

Purpose: This manuscript investigates the impact of organizational justice on citizenship behaviour and workplace deviance examines mediator effect between deviance.Design/methodology/approach: study utilizes a quantitative method to investigate four hypotheses using PLS3-SEM 185 respondents from five research universities in Malaysia.Findings: Findings this reveal positive negative effects deviance. Further, confirms mediating significate, especially higher education.
